I chose this hotel for attending a forum and was pleased with the amenities provided. The iron/ironing board and desk in the room were convenient for my work needs. Additionally, having a coffee/tea maker was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at a studio in Leeds and had a wonderful experience. The host was responsive and required a photo ID, which was a unique practice. The studio itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The TV had a wide range of channels and the environment was quiet. The hot water was always available and the owner was readily available via SMS. The accommodation had everything I needed, from a hoover to a hairdryer, and any issues were promptly fixed. Additionally, the kitchen facilities were great and the location was near a Morrisons.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
